Regarding Q.12/ yes its true that 2 years diversified training experience is required before taking the exam but if we take master's degree in architecture it wud only credit an equivalent 1 year of practical experience.. :)

Sir, question "7" may have some conflict to the explaination. grottos are to be paid for separately as explained and communications and electronic system are part under the project construction cost.
