The Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture (PRBoA) recently passed Resolution No. 03, s. 2010 prescribing the Standards of Professional Practice for Architects as Supplemental Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9266, known as "The Architecture Act of 2004".
