Good day Sir. Is it possible to get a copy of your sample computations (slides) for Rules7&8?I am a student of yours in the refresher course and unfortunately was not able to copy most of the problems and computation from the lecture. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteFrom where did the value 24 (length of lot) came from?
ReplyDeletethe given area is 360Sqm.. 15 is the lot frontage
ReplyDelete15 multiplied by 24 is 360.... 24 is the length of the lot while 15 is the width
sir, where did you get the 4.50m setback @ one side of the lot... as you can see R-1 residential dwellings (single detached) indicated that the frontal is 4.50 and two sides including rear-side are all 2.00m setback & has given as per the nbc. how come you used 4.50m wide setback at one side., and i think your orientation is also wrong, based on your diagram. but i would like also to thank you for this problem solving. hope you'll add some more.
ReplyDeletesir, just wanna ask, where did you get the 4.50 setback @ one side? as you can see in our nbc, R-1 residential dwellings (single detached) indicated that the frontal is 4.50m & 2 sides including rear side are all 2.00m setback only. please explain to us how did the setback on 1 side became 4.50. is it because the lot is at corner?? its not indicated at our nbc sir. but anyway i also like to thank you for this problem solving, hope you'll add some more.

ReplyDeleteif its a corner lot, the sides fronting the two RROW would both have the larger setbacks. Its stated in Table for TOSL of the NBC.
ReplyDeletesir, post a sample problem for GFA, TGFA, ISA and USA. please.
